Your list is only looking at 2018, the top few don't change but if you add in 2019 the top 10 completely changes. There was a thread on this yesterday, it'll probably be Elkanah Kibet, Shad Biwott, and Epperson (who you don't have in your list because it's not the full list)
Maybe he doesn't have that performance on his list because he posted that list five months ago -- two months before that performance occurred.

So this thread got a little off topic, as for predicting who might accept I'm torn between wanting to see the US send their top-3 marathoners and letting people wear the Team USA vest for the first time. I'm not as pessimistic as some so I'm going to be excited for anybody who gets that vest. It's tough to run a hot weather marathon when folks might want to chase a faster time in the fall and/or get an appearance fee. It's not their fault and maybe they'll snag a decent finish.
I can definitely see the top-7 men passing. I think the only wild card might be Kibet. He wants the OG standard & was one spot away in Boston. Does placing in the top-10 here get the standard? That maybe makes Shaddy reconsider because he doesn't have it right? Could definitely see the team coming from Hampton, Montanez, Totten, Osman, maybe even Vail.
For the women, I see the top-7 passing as well. Bruce passes as well. Maybe Flanagan, Groner, Dimoff, Bluske.
Probably some first time vests to go around!
