The real problem is that the dude wearing the boost clearly has his f——— socks on backwards.

How does that even happen? That can't be right. Must just be some socks made that way for some reason.

Maybe it’s a new sock specifically made to wear with the Pegasus 35 and it’s epic length tongue

It's not a 4% midsole, it's an NB prototype. They have been developing it for over a year. It may look very similar but it isn't the same. The outsold is very different. I've seen pictures of NB athletes on a treadmill trying out this shoe.

There are pictures from different angles of the dude in the green "new balance" shoes. You can see the bottom of the shoe and they are definitely Nike Vaporfly mid/outsoles.

She even posted the actual shoe. Same idea as nike with a thicker midsole and new foam.

But that New Balance athlete is obviously wearing Nike sole +midsole with a 1400 upper on top.

Why in the world would a shoe company want one of their athletes to run in a shoe (at a race as prominent as Boston, no less) that is basically impossible for 99.9+% of observers to identify as their brand ??

I'm sure Sketchers is stoked that in a major championship race Gollish (Canadian) decided she needed the Nike shoe edge. Interesting to see that she selectively cropped that photo for her blog. Classic.

Yeah that's pathetic.

Yeah, the culture that led to tattoos and orgies is drying up as they've fired most of the guys that used to force this upon people. Luckily, I leveraged my 3.5 years to get a position at a competitor.

...and Cuan Walker doesn't even work for them. He is just one of those people who is a fan of Nike more than running. Nothing more embarrassing than pretending you're sponsored or acting like you are.
