the cubato has a higher heel compared to most. the gel magic is a terrible shoe if you are looking for something a little minimal. sure, its light and low but it is extremely stiff, due to the trustic system. i would only run in these if you cut the outsole.
The Cubato is flatter than you think. No, it isn't the flattest flat around, but it is one of the best, IMO. Measuring the heel/forefoot discrepancy of the shoe is misleading as the heel splays out, becoming flatter when you wear it, due to the de-coupled design.
Mizuno Revolver: 18/9 drop = 9mm. It's got a stiff sole and a little medial posting, so it doesn't feel too minimalist, but it let's you stay on your toes naturally.
Your feet. If you are into barefoot trotting then you don't need shoes at all.
