You will be fine. Jump in with the 330 pace group which will help pass the time. Make sure you stop and drink at the aid stations and then catch back up with the group. If you start to feel really crappy, just give it a few minutes and you will feel better.
You will definitely pay for it afterward (days of soreness) but you should be able to make it to the finish if you really want to.
Seriously, paint multiple layers of this on your nipples. Like 4 good, heavy coats at least.
And wear half tights. And lube your feet with Veseline.

To keep a streak of "at least one marathon a year" going through my 20s and 30s, I "ran" a few marathons with similar preparation as you. Typically, I could maintain 8-flat miles through 20 miles, then had to walk/run the last six miles.
At that point, I could walk or I could run at maybe 7-minute mile-pace for 100 yards. My legs refused to jog at any slower pace. So, walk 100 yards, run a 100 yards. And finish in 3:45 or so.
You can try to build a "cushion" by starting faster, as some have suggested. My fear with that approach is that you'll hit the wall at 17 miles instead of 20, quickly negating the cushion. But it may be the only chance to finish sub-3:30.
Your 16:30 3-miler shows basic talent, and if you had incorporated a few long runs, or more overall volume, your chances would be very good.
Years ago I was chatting with a guy at the start of a marathon. He had never run further than 10 miles. Ever. I was shooting for 2:40, and he said he would tag along. At 24 miles, I started to fall slightly off pace, and he easily took off ahead of me.
He was coming off a college XC season, so I'm sure he had plenty of intensity and decent overall mileage, despite no long runs. Talent made up for that one deficit.
With the more modest goal of 3:30, perhaps talent can make up for no long runs AND no volume. I hope so. Best wishes!
In 1980 when I was in the Army I decided I was going to jump into a marathon in Columbia South Carolina I was running 2 miles a day for PT and when I decide I was going to jump in that Marathon I ran a 3 Miler a 5 Miler and a 7 Mile and preparation my goal was sub 4 hours I finished in 3 hours and 43minutes. I started at 8:40 miles for the first 6 miles drop down to 8:20 miles for the next 12 8:30 8:30 brought me to 20 miles in about 2:49 and then obviously it was tough the last 10K

As for times, I think 3:30 is out of the question. It reminds me of that guy who qualified for the 2016 Olympic Marathon trials but didn't run much for a year or so. Dude was a 1:04 half marathoner and then jumped into the trials and could only do 3:45. I don't know exactly how much he was running leading up to it, but I would be surprised if you beat his time. You should have better weather than he did, though. So that's something.

That guy had done no running leading up to it and posted on social media that he did it high. So I'm not sure it is a fair comparison...

It would be awesome/crazy if you were being truthful, but I don’t think you are, and neither did this guy which is why he was trolling the troll.
If undertrained for a marathon the only thing you can really do, other than not run, is slow your pace and attempt keep off the pain as long as possible. The pain is coming and when it hits it will only get worse and worse. Training short runs of 5 miles max at 7:30 and attempting to run a marathon at 8:00 will get you about 10 miles or so at that pace. I’d probably start at 9 min miles and hope to get closer to mile 20 before the truly terrible pain started.
Anyway, 3/10 as it’s interesting as an idea of what would happen.

I don't say this often, but you deserve all the pain that you will feel.
17 min 5 km runner? 3:30 is very doable if you stick to 8 min miles. You'll suffer next week. That's a pretty ez time for a reasonable fit young male.

Oh yeah! I totally forgot he was high. Hilarious. Still, I think his zero training plus 1:04 talent is maybe worth more than some 3-5 mile runs at 7:40 pace.

I ran 3:39 last year on 1-2 runs per month, never longer than 6 miles. Went out at 8:00 and held on until 18mi but slowed down after that.
I definitely wasn’t in shape for a 16:30 3mi, more like 19:00, so I’m guessing you are in better shape than I was. I think you can break 3:30.
