What makes this such an interesting question is the potential for either Justyn Knight (Syracuse), Grant Fisher (Stanford) and Rory Linkletter (BYU) were all born in Canada.

Along those lines wouldn't that mean Ed Cheserek is American? On the front page it says "first American man to win NCAA XC" since Rupp...should it be corrected to "American Born?"
