i'm failing to see what this clare sloan has to do with it apart from the same surname
there were other sloans in the race why not one of them?

It's obvious people he run it in someone else's bib. Thats why there is no data for him. Don't think we shall ever find him out of 40,000+ runner photos though.

Not obvious unless he said anywhere that he actually ran it, did he say anywhere that he actually ran it?, or did he just say he was going to so he could raise money?, did actually have a legit entry and number allocated or was he just scamming?

It clearly states on his fundraising page that he IS going to run it, and why would people continue to donate after the event if he did not run it? Especially Ed Parker who he clearly works with. He must have run it.

Ed Parker is boss of the charity that Andy Sloan works for. Ed sponsored Andy after the event and said he would've liked to have run it one hour and one minute faster. Clare Sloan ran one hour and one minute faster than Ed Parker. Coincidence?
So did a lot of other runners. Here is my thought. A friend or associate if Andy had a marathon place but did not want it, so Andy took that place instead and run it under a different name. The person who was meant to run it picked up the pack at expo and handed it to Andy. Hence why Andy has not put any thing on his social media, because it is cheating, both of them would get banned if caught. Just a thought and not fact.

That would be easy to check by just finding all the runners that finished in the same time as Clare Sloan and looking at their race photos to see if it is Andy. There won't be that many runners that finish in the same time.
Bib number 18859 clear photos of a one Andy Sloan. Bib number is registered to a Stuart Travis finish time 03.44.08. Oh dear
Good work. The shirt is pretty damning evidence that it's him. That's the last time he'll run London. Not a great example to he set by a high profile figure from WWTW. Ed Parker is clearly aware what's happened.

It is against the written rules of the marathons that you cannot use someone else's bib and they ban people for doing that. Andy clearly used someone else's bib. He did not qualify to run in the London Marathon and cheated someone legitimate from running it.

This post pretty much confirms Tinfoil Hat is Derek Murphy.
He too dumb to know you don't qualify for London. Most slots are charity or lottery. Even if what he said is true. He didn't take a slot from anyone. Marathons intentionally overbook and if someone DNS. That spot goes unused.
