Ha. I also became ill once, about 12h after eating there. No idea if it was truly related, I could have been sneezed on by someone with norovirus elsewhere that day for all I know. I did avoid the place for years after though.

Ok, just the first statement. Email or call the health department and report your suspicion. What does contacting the restaurant accomplish? Nothing.
it puts them on alert that they need to review their food handling procedures. It might prevent others from getting sick.

thanks for the replies, I think I am over it for now. What a bad weekend. Definitely not going for Sushi anytime soon again. On to the next question, I have kind of an important race next weekend where traveling etc. is involved (no I am not running footlocker, not from the US). My coach normally schedules 8-12 400 repeats for Tuesday / Wednesday, and when we spoke yesterday, he basically told me that it is up to me if I run the workout (it is tomorrow). I feel good again, so I am leaning towards yes, but what is your experience with these kind of things, and possibly are there any physiological dangers?
I should maybe add that I feel I lost quite some weight. I cannot say exactly how much as I don't have a scale at home, but let's say I realized it...
