Short answer, yes they likely are colluding. Long answer, it will be difficult to prove but there are studies on the airline industry that give you good ways to set up a study to test show company collusion.

Yep. That's where I got the $37 Kayanos with no tax and no shipping. I google all over, but the past couple years it's been Amazon that often has the best prices.
