Say whatever your woman wants you to say, but DO whatever you want to do. Most people care more for words than for deeds, and can't even tell the deference between the two.
Men do not have to under any circumstances apologise to women for doing nothing wrong. The real problem is that so many men do this because they have absolutely no clue how to handle women and are so spineless and needy that they Kowtow to them at every opportunity just to get a bit of attention and affection.
For the love of all that is holly DO NOT listen to 'not my usual's advice no matter how well intended it may seem. Do you know that meme that states "Men are like kitchen tiles, if you lay him right you can walk all over him for years" ? This meme has a double meaning and is surprisingly accurate for a lot of relationships. One of the absolute worst things you can do in a relationship as a man is to always grovel and apologise to a woman when it isn't warranted. Over time this gives a woman the impressions that she can blame you for anything and everything even when it's 100% their fault, and inevitably a lot of woman start doing this eventually.
You need to understand that as a man despite the excrement that modern society and feminism today might feed you, women are innately attracted to men that display certain characteristics that could be described as "stereotypical" male. And by that I don't mean that you need to become a wife beater and beat the living daylights out of a woman, but that you need to have an air confidence and stand for yourself when your partner starts pulling a fast one and expects apologise for no reason.
You will not believe the amount of times I have had girls tell me after a row that they were glad that I stood my ground when I knew I was in the right and didn't take their crap. A reasonable woman will know when she has messed up and will apologise when she comes to the conclusion that the blame lies on her. An unreasonable woman will not and will consistently try to turn things around on you, so at this point you need to let her know that you have no qualms about kicking her to the curb if she doesn't wise up sharpish.
I guess in summary what I am trying to tell you is when you have made a mistake be man enough to accept it and apologise. But under no cirumstances apologise to a woman that is being a spoilt brat and wants apologies just to have things her way.

Men should never apologise to women, unless it causes genuine stress and is solely their responsibility. Women are conditioned to like a guy who doesn't bow down to their every whim and would rather you confront them then apologise endlessly to not raise a fuss. Also always be prepared to walk out if she keeps demanding you apologise, don't take bs like that and she will respect you much more and want to please you afterwards.

I'm just about convinced sex is the reason for the majority of bad relationships. So many people who have ABSOLUTELY NO BUSINESS staying together do so for years, even to the point of getting married to someone they shouldn't, just because they started having sex prematurely and can't stop. It changes you psychologically; people get this false sense of intimacy when in most cases there is no genuine trust between the couple. They think they love each other, but it's more like they're just using each other.
If you have to ask the question OP is asking, that is NOT healthy and you should seriously consider if you're in it for the wrong (selfish) reasons.

I didn't give any advice. I was just stating facts. I actually think very much the same way you do. This has only resulted in me ending almost every relationship I've been in because the girl I was with was habitually an out of control child who never did "wise up sharpish."

Never apologise it's a sign of weakness unless you cheated on her and even then you wanted it so don't apologise for something you wanted. Women are not always right far from it. Men rule the world unless you live in a Beyoncé song. So don't stress it just be you and don't worry about a thing.....women love men that don't apologise btw it's called a bad boy ;)
