Not only does it give him the right to beat him senseless and leave him in a puddle of his own blood and piss, but he would essentially have to in order to make sure the guy doesn't act like that to anyone else in the future. It's for the common good.
Why do I have the feeling that the same dipsh!ts who think it's wrong for Mendoza to defend himself also think that it was fine for George Zimmerman to kill an unarmed youth?

Actually, if somebody punches you first it exactly does give you the right to beat the sh*t out of them. Whether you choose to exercise that right is up to you. If someone punches me and throws hot coffee in my face, you can bet I'm not going to walk away and call the authorities.
If someone tries to beat the sh*t out of you, you have the right to use your gun to kill them in self defence.

I'm guessing Dahl is the one who started this thread. I also think he is likely the one who started the fight. This sounds like a scam to get money to me. If someone punches me and throws coffee in my face, they are done and definitely going home devastated.
Mendoza was a hit man sent by Capriotti because of all the uncomfortable questions that the430miler was asking about the Nike Zoom Miler spike plate.
Yep if you throw coffee on someone you better be prepared to accept the consequences. Apparently this dude wasn't and he ended up devastated. Deserved it.

Well, first we don't know if he knew he was austistic. Second, he may have wearing a shirt that said "InjunPimp" on the back. Probably not his fault and someone should have said that's not appropriate to wear tonight.

Barrett Dahl is the430miler. I thought you of all people knew that? Or maybe you weren't sure, because some people thought the430miler was a troll who decided to assume the identity of Barrett? Back in like 2005-2007, I used to exchange emails with him and occasionally chat on Messenger. He was always cordial and fun to talk to.
No idea why this is coming out now since the incident happened last year. Maybe the OP can answer that.
the430miler is an enigma, the likes of which we've never seen before. He was part troll, part real person. Sometimes the lines were blurry. The autism adds an interesting twist to it. He clearly knew what he was doing, 90% of his posts were for his jollies, yet there was always a real element to them.
I guess there's many forms of autism. None of the autistic people I've ever encountered could have pulled off what he did.
