Worst sequel ever.
No o E has ever broken 53 without a girlfriend
Didn't you post a while back about not knowing where the 300m start is? My guess is that you somehow still haven't figured it out and that "300" you ran is short.
Jamin sucks!!!!!!!!!!!! Worst threads in the history of this site!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, I know how to measure 300m now. I ran from lane 1 of the 100m start line to lane 1 of the 200m start line.
You need help dude, get a life already.

The real question is how are you running a 26 second 200 and a 36 second 300? Also, take shorter rests
I'm unsure what I can run for 200m all-out, fully-rested.
Nutjob Jamin!

Figure that out. Either you have no speed endurance (probable, given the sprint workouts you've posted) or you mistimed/mismeasured your 300 (very possible).
I think you just like running fast--your workouts aren't very well structured and you don't seem to have a clear goal.

I would guess that the 300's are 1-turn and that jamin is slowing down big time on the second turn in 400's, due to the asymmetry I pointed out long ago that he still hasn't fixed. When you let your arms drift clockwise, it drags your upper body to the right of your center of mass, introducing a torque effect that reduces the force applied to forward movement.
It was a standing start and yes, 1 turn. I think you may be on to something. Of the two combinations
* turn, straight, turn
* straight, turn, straight
the former is way more tiring and is the first 3/4 of a 400m race.
Also, I'll mention again that the track I've been training on is significantly faster than the track I've been racing on. The one I train on is like a thin slab of rubber on top of concrete, and there is little wind.
7 minutes rest? Im not surprised.
There is no way that you can run 36.9 and can not run 53; especially coming from a distance background. You still must not have figured out how to measure 300m. Someone running a 36.9 should be able to break 51. Someone running only the rest of your workout may be hard-pressed to run 55.

I'll show you where I was starting and finisihing.

http://imgur.com/a/qBhNFIsn't that 300m?
Looks like 310 to me
Also i think you started at the 200m stagger when you ran your 400 if I remember your video correctly. Meaning if lane 2 you ran 403 meters
401.5 rather
Actually your track has issues. The relay zones are equally symmetrical around the 200 M start but then are in no man's land near the 100m. The thing you are starting from should be the 110h start but the relay triangles are making me think that the track has problems
I now think you only ran like 292m. Give us a pic of the finish line area of your track. Are there separate finish lines for the 100 and 400?
