Both Centrowitz and Rowbury had a long and successful indoor campaign followed by a substantial break. Their training is set up two seasons and their outdoor season is just getting started.
You are comparing their best efforts in 2015 to their early season races in 2016 and equating that comparison to bad form. That is a very weak argument, but a good try, I guess?
I think it would be best for you to reserve your judgement on the NOP athletes' form at least until after the Oly trials

5k/10k and men's steeple only until Quigley runs a race.
Rowlands
Symmonds (gone now), and foreigners. Mid-distance awful and I am including Fleet, Wheating, Greer, Jock and other 800 studs.
Mackey
Wife very good and Heath has been great. Rest of women are bad. 800 guys are fine, but it is an easy Olympic standard.
Gags
Great coach with Cabral, Tulleu, Merber and Higginson. The rest just love hanging out and making USA's, not potential Olympians.
Wartenburg
Conley (wife/girlfriend?) and Grace is it. Rest of group is instagram fodder.
Coogan
Lucky John Evans likes him. D'agostino legit. McGee done nothing except make weakest indoor champs team ever. Can't break 4:09!
Gary
Him, Wetmore, and Schumacher are best steeple coaches and very good 1500 too. Can't put 5k or 10k together. Needs a shoe sponsor for his club.
Mahon
Uceny appears close to back, Lippari has been awful after college and a couple average milers after that. Is marathon his real bread and butter? Is Anna Willard alive; whatever happened?
Gary's group (Furman Elite) do have a sponsor -- ASICS. Though some of the athletes are sponsored individually by other brands (Steph Garcia with NB) :)
Cory Leslie is in Furman Elite group but sponsored by Nike. And Heidi See who has won Australian 1500 title last 2 years is in group too and sponsored by Australia.

WOW! Looks like you have a bone to pick. I was just saying that he went from coaching HS in the early 2000's and picking up some other local 253 athletes, to going to UC Davis and now to a "pro" group. Did he steal your GF?
I was basing it on past and current fitness.
Franek has only run a 4:41 indoor mile all of 2016.
Gall only 2:03.9
I was only including americans, as pointed out earlier.
Warhurst and Tim Broe deserve a mention as well.

Vig, Gary, and Treacy are also college coaches. Among the best, would like to see if they could get their own pro groups full-time. Coogan out, Treacy in for NB. Vig adidas with Andrews. Gary with Asics.
Furman Elite group to be entirely Asics next year. Will be interesting to see who Gary brings in with all of current guys moving on and at least a year before any Furman athletes Are eligible.

other than wheating you're talking about some of the best hs runners of that era. i think powell is a great coach and there are definitely kids like daniel winn who he's taken from nowhere, but he's generally working with the absolute best talent out there

Will NOT be all Asics athletes. Rob not paid by Asics and like Mackey, can coach anybody in the group. I also doubt anybody but See is done, Forys and Leslie are young.
