It's obvious from statements that she has internal testes. (One of the options she was originally given was surgery. Surgery would only be needed to remove internal testes.)

It has also been rumored that she has no ovaries or uterus. There's nothing to support this rumor one way or another.

Whether she has obvious external male genitalia is unknown, but probably not, since that would have been DQ'd immediately had that been discovered. Instead, it took a while for other tests to be performed.

I'm pretty sure Coe, or any top 800m runner could run faster than Semenya the last 100 meters, provided they went out at the same slow pace.

However, they weren't allowed to run in women's races back then.

Internally Caster has male genitalia but externally a vaginal opening. has no womb, no ovaries, does not have cycles, boobs, birthing hips, produces testosterone at atleast 3-4x higher than women. Anatomically closer to male than female. This person competing with women is absurd. after having to put up with so much fraud in the sport, medals changing hands cause of dopers, the women need to boycott racing in any race Caster is entered. Should do that for dopers too but ya know...

I've seen women not congratulate eachother before in races many times such as after Dibaba's 3:50. These women are competitors they aren't meek.
