There are some marathoners who run more than 150mpw. If they are women, their average pace is probably slower than 6min/mile. So 15hrs cannot be the upper limit. Both Naoko Takahashi and Mizuki Noguchi used to run 170mpw leading up to their gold medals. They probably run 18-20 hrs /wk in addition to all the supplementary works. (Noguchi was known for heavy lifting, and Takahashi did 1000 sit-ups every day among other things. No, that's not 100. ONE THOUSAND a day.)
