Salazar is old buddies with Centro Sr., so it is a little unique as a situation. I doubt Jr ever considered going anywhere but NOP after UO.

I hope we are joking. Salazar has coached centro to medals and a 4th place Olympic field with a doped winner. He has also coached him to 3:30 and Farah to 3:28 TWICE! And BTW, there is no way that Salazar is coaching the Oregon boys. Andy is more than capable, though he may take advice on occasion from Vin and Alberto.

I'm his Sunday to tuesday coach. He told me he had a really great Wednesday morning coach. Pretty sure Al is the weekend guy.

Probably just preparing for Salazar's possible indictment and/or ban from the sport. If I were Centro and in my prime and my coach was facing the investigation that AlSal is, I'd make sure I had a backup plan as will. Ditto Cain, who put three time zones worth of distance between her and AlSal when the excrement hit the fan.
