I would be willing to wager that someone who had, in 2009, 25 credit hours remaining, a 3.8 GPA, a healthy bank account, a flexible work schedule, and an unshakable drive would have their degree by now.

Unless you have absolute proof he didn't graduate, it's easier to assume he has.

How about some proof. So far the only proof provided is Rupp's statement to a real news organization that that he was not a 2009 graduate. If he earned the credits after 2009 he would be a graduate of a later year, but he could never be a 2009 graduate because he was short in June of that year.

Video also had female Track athlete Mandy White( father works for Nike)

Where was Phyllis Francis, Laura Roesler, Jordan Hasay, other prom. UO females.

The video "actually" appears to be Nike sponsored athletes, and NOT real Oregon Alums.

Okay, so, you're a moderator. You should revamp the entire thread so it is just the way you want it to be. Your version of what is relevant, versus reality. You'll to to edit the OPs claim of Oregon Alums which is not really the case.

Only people who have a degree from an institution should claim they are an alumnus/alumna. Most people and companies take alumni to mean a true graduate, and not just someone who only took some courses.

The definition of alum (alumnus/alumna) was changed by some schools, but not all, to allow anyone who took a class to claim they are alum. The reason for the change was nothing more than schools looking for more money to fill their coffers.

The Nike commercial is unusual. It seems to be a mix of Oregon graduates, Oregon non-graduates, and Nike athletes, and other Nike people. The commercial is in support of Oregon football with Nike flavoring added for Nike marketing purposes.
