Unless you've gotten a lot more ripped, you don't look like 4.5%
hahahahahaha.... I wouldn't say my last name even if u begged.
Looking at your stats, you probably just need to eat and lift some weights. At 6'2, 158, i'd guess were training full-time. You should try to gain at least 10 pounds of muscle, if not more.
yeah but the pic of that guy...i mean most runner guys look a whole hell of a lot leaner, don't they?
Never said I was ripped, but I measured at 4.5% through bio impedence. I am a little lighter then I was a trials by about 8 lbs.
My mileage ranges from around 70 to 140 mpw. Running around 100 this week.
you look like a body builder to me
5'8 122-125 lbs (I don't have a scale) and my body fat is probably around 7-8%. It was 12% with calipers about 2.5 years ago, when my 5k time was about 7-8 minutes higher.
are you m/f?
5'5"/117 body fat= 18%
When training seriously I usually stay around the same weight or lose 5ish pounds but my body fat goes down.
Also- Caroline Bierbaum isn't 5'4". She's pretty tall.
I would guess more like 5-7/5-8 and 100 pounds
Hah, a guy. Thanks.
6'2 118 lbs..dont know body fat?

If I am a body builder I am not a very good one at 155 lbs. That is unless I am like 4' tall, which I am not (6'1").
5'5 1/2", 114 lbs, 19 to 20%...I am not really in that great of shape, I just started training again after the season (and lifting too). 3 pt caliper test, didn't seem very scientific, but I have lost 2-3% since freshman year.
