Not OP, but I think these cases are exactly what TrackCoach is talking about. Both were convicted on evidence that was much more compelling than a picture of a lab report with an annotation about "testosterone medication."

2) Again, I could be wrong, but I seem to recall lots of other people testifying that they had seen Armstrong using steroids, or talked to him about it.

In both cases, USADA was able to use this evidence to argue that the statute of limitations should not apply.

I don't mean to be picky, but my understanding is that because of his confession, the USASDA was able to argue that the statute of limitations had not passed.

This just goes to show that determining when the statute of limitations has run its course is not always easy.

One of Salazar's major problems is claiming a document that noted testosterone was used was in error and it was actually testoboost. Salazar step on a slippery slope when he made that claim.
