To the other guy: Why invest in real estate for two years? Take what you would invest in real estate and put it into AAPL right away. The earlier the better. No need to risk real estate ventures unless you know of a specific house on a specific lot that gained value. Even then you'd still make more in AAPL during the time.
As stated before, you can't access any data from the future except what's in your brain, so unless you guys can remember trifectas from specific horse races, etc... You're better off with a sure bet in the stock/commodities markets.

i would only be 8, but i think i would start building a base for running. maybe run one mile twice a week and start doing some easy bike rides with my mom. Then for strength training i would do some push ups. Do that for a few years and ill be decent in high school.
I would also tell my parents to invest in things and they probably wouldn't believe me since i'm so young. So then i would play outside or something and wish they listened to me, and appreciated my input. But i'm 8.
Then they'd feel bad for not listening to me and buy me a popsicle or something. all is good.
Coming from a musician, I would write as many big hit songs that I could remember "in my dream" of 2005-2015 and sell them.
Then I would vote for George Bush....and place a huge bet that Meb would win the 2014 Boston marathon.

Well it was Saturday in my sophomore year. I had received a 4.0 the fall semester and was lagging behind a bit this spring one in which I would end up with one or two Bs. I probably was working on a paper for my Advanced Writing workshop class, full of seniors and some juniors which I managed to sneak into precociously w the help of my guidance counselor. I spent a lot of time being fashionable too. I never wore the same outfit twice to school. On a morning like that I probably If I was active, grabbed my sony Walkman and headphones and listened to some tunes while stretching and doing body weight exercises in the house. When I had time off I went for runs early in the morning. I was too busy with classes and extracurriculars for T&F that year. Later in high school I put sports and social fulfillment on the prioritized fast track. It might have been quite rainy during that time. In late May I handed in my final paper to my writing teacher , overdue, to his house, with a jar of cookies my mom prepared. Success.
