You know what, I'm really glad I'm not Bruce Jenner. I couldn't imagine how restrictive and annoying it would be to have to wear a bra.
If you need a bra, lose weight.
I started running 40 years ago, before the Jogbra. Fortunately for me, I was/am fairly flat-chested, and for many similarly built runners, we just ran bra-less. The only real issue was chafing. Once sports bras were invented, we started wearing them as they were pretty comfortable.
But I remember our quarter miler - a 60 flat runner - who had very large breasts and had to wear a regular bra. You couldn't avoid noticing that the bouncing was terrible. I always wondered how fast she could have run without all that bouncing.

A large chested woman once told me she used Ace Bandages before JogBra was invented.
