She most likely means she is done with classes in her major so she is taking easy elective courses just to stay eligible. She probably doesn't go to class and doesn't do homework.

How is it possible for Leah O'Connor to have no classes her last semester and still be able to run on the track team?

I can see her statement becoming a big problem, you can't compete in the ncaa if you are not enrolled in classes; however, she did mention an internship which counts as classes.
Well no classes must be helping she just ran an 800 PR of 2:06.77 after running a 4:14 1500
I saw Leah O'Connor run last year and SHE is fetch (look it up). I remember thinking that she just looks like she's having fun. Made me rethink things. I actually did a little research (i know...so unusual for letsrun trolls) and if you read her blog it says her blog is mandatory for college credit internship. Saying she doesn't have classes meant she isn't sitting in a lecture hall, but I'm sure her school made sure she's enrolled for NCAA.
