Cut out the animal products and processed bullsh1t. Paleo is bullsh1t. People in Western civilization in industrial times started dying of degenerative diseases due to diet changes, even before pesticides and growth hormones. Meat doesn't work for me. It takes forever to digest, turns my blood to fat, etc. And low fat meat, similar non results. I don't feel better for it or get stronger. Even herring and mollusks. The Supermeats only I know about (because no regurgitating indoctrinated nutritionists actually bothered to look at government science data) still left me feeling bad.

Yes but it is extracted from the seeds not the finished bean. That takes a lot more processing than olive oil.

But 1-3 are pretty much set (and yes, I count chicken / cattle as "growing"). You can make so much from them: eggs / chicken, beef / dairy, flour, even pasta, etc)

Then the next 2 would have to be fruits / vegetables. Avocado could be good, sweet potato is nutritious but I hate the taste, or maybe blueberries, oranges, strawberries, pepper, maybe beets or cauliflower, etc...

I don't really watch my diet though - I eat whatever I want but eat mostly healthy and my weight self regulates. I also run enough mileage that I don't need to really watch it
