A friend knocked out her two upper front teeth in a roller skating fall as a young teen. It happened in front of a dentists office just as the secretary was coming in. Some luck. The secretary took her inside did the milk thing and the doc replanted them. She went on with a successful 40 plus year modeling career. Her smile graced scores of magazine covers,two mass market paperback novel covers and hawked a vast array of products including toothpaste and tooth brushes.

BTW she hates "All I Want for Xmas is My Two Front Teeth" even the Nat King Cole version .

I'm curious, do you really think implants screw up the jaw more often than not? I'm 25... and superficial. I'm more concerned with how I'll come across to women than anything else. not keen on having a partial to pop in and out...

Can it be done? Absolutely! I read it in a book. The spell is "Densaugeo."

Implants are relatively easy nowadays.

They have a 2-3 month recovery period, but that's about the only hassle. Done in one day. To whoever said they screw up your jaw permanently, that is not the case. There is a risk with any procedure, but that rarely happens.

i'd say my mom was more upset than me...at least dental practice has progressed since those days

Yes, always.

A acrylic partial should look like your regular teeth and is easy to take care of.
