When I was in HS, there was a guy on another team who always reminded me of the Bugs Bunny construction worker.

After two weeks of not shaving I had peach fuzz. This guy, needed to shave 2x per day to look clean cut but he was the same age as the rest of us. Interestingly, by the time we were out of college, he was already working on a significant bald spot.
Compared to the ephebe next to him, I really don't think he is in high school.
Running does NOT add ten years to your looks. Just the reverse.

My son goes to DeMatha HS, famous for its basketball program (and football more as well). Last year they had a lineman who was 6'10 350, and he was not flabby -- would scare the crap out of me if I was on the opposing team.
Way back in HS I raced regularly against a team in Barnesville OH who had a guy that looked like Benji Durden, with full shaggy beard and longish hair. Those were the days...
