wrong. ive done the challenge in 6:43 (one of fastest times ive heard of) and i chose 6 jo, 12 beer, 18 mile, 24 donut. 24 donut was by far hardest part i highly underestimated and i can eat alot . first 12 donuts go down easy. optimal for a fit runner who can drink would be 12 donut, 18 beer, 24 mile. thats what id do if i did again

A college teammate of mine did it in 4:42, I believe using the 6 jo, 12 miles, 18 beers, and 24 donuts strategy. I'm convinced it's the world record.

At some point I want to go try to go sub-20min in the 4,3,2,1 version. I think it's doable:

1) One orgasm: this is where you make or break it. I think 4 minutes is achievable

2) Two miles: let's say 12 minutes so I don't need any recovery before...

3) Wash down three donuts with 4 beers. You've got something like 3:30-4min depending on how efficient you were in the transition between the first two stages.
