The list has become too complex. Caffeine goes on and off the list. Glycerol has been on for a while, but not because it's dangerous, or necessarily performance enhancing, but because it makes the scientists look stupid. Ephedrine goes on and off the list, yet those affected when it was on the list have had their dreams tarnished.
WADA is absurd. They put in tons of substances that are questionable at best so they can make it look like they caught the bad guys, who were mostly just ignorant. Have you seen how many 3 - 9 month suspensions have been handed out lately?
Some folks get suspended longer for marijuana than Tyson Gay, Tom Danielson, Christian VandeVelde, Levi Leipheimer, and all the other USPS leeches.
The whole thing is a farce.
Even Paula has used activogen-happy Dr Hans Muller-Wohlfahrt's services.

Carbohydrate is a performance enhancer, do you suggest banning it? Caffeine is too for many people.
The thing with glycerol is that if you look at the studies most show increase in total body water, but no improvement in performance. The concern is as a masking agent.

If so, it means that myself as well as Steve Spence are apparently dopers.
