And you're the only one that can go back for seconds, thirds, and possibly fourths at family gatherings. You can tell them how much you loved all the food because everyone else's stomachs are filled with gelatinous grotesquery (not a word but I'm a fan of awesome alliteration) while you have room to sample everything.
Sound like you are in good shape. I always took this line of concern as a compliment that my training was going well. Funny how outsiders (non-runners) say "You're too skinny, eat something!" but fellow athletes take one look and say, "Man, you look fit."

Now seriously? I ask with care because unless your running buddies are worried about how thin you are you have nothing to worry about. Society thinks runners are all anorexic but when your skinny running friends are worried about your weight then thats when you gotta do something
