She wasn't? She ran well at Mt Sac and 4:08 at Penn. Cuffe has run a slightly faster PR than Abbey now and she just out ran her at NCAAs.
Cuffe's 5000m PR is 26 seconds faster than Hasay's was going into her senior year.
