in such cases and ,especially, eating sweets, drinking a lot of sweet tea or lemonade. It helps to remove toxins from the body.

Took me 2 full months no anything, daily detox liquid, and a masking drink 1.5 hours before the test. I was testing myself with home tests constantly until I was passing.

You searched for and found a 5 and a half YEAR old post just to tell the guy who has now graduated college not to worry about a potential drug test from years and years ago?

Runners definitely have the advantage here. Stop smoking, chug water and try to sweat as much as you can. Eat foods that will keep your metabolism revved up. Buy drug tests at the store and if your still dirty days leading up to the test you can either drink so much water you dilute the sampleor buy whizinator or do it the old fashioned way by having a clean buddy piss in a condom for you. If your only option is to piss in a condom make sure you keep the sample warm somehow.

Anyway, THC is what they test for when it comes to marijuana. It can stay in your system for up to 30 days give or take a couple of days. Just be glad you aren't getting drug tested for it in Thailand. If it shows up in your system there you will be in jail. Doesn't matter if you were coming from a place where smoking weed is legal and can prove by your passport that you just entered the country, say like two weeks ago. You are now in their world with their rules and laws. Have a nice stay at Klong Prem or Bang Khwan while you await your trial.

You really need to be asking Hasay, Centro, Rupp and Radcliffe how best to cheat the drug test.

I used to work with nuclear weapons while in the military and routine drug tests were a part of life. It is difficult to predict how long THC might stay in your system but it is a fat soluble drug and it accumulates in your system from chronic use. There are various drinks you can purchase that are supposed to clean your system out right before a test but knowing when the test might be is an issue. Someone running college cross country is going to have a low % body fat and it will leave your system faster than it might for someone with a more typical body composition. You might consider buying some of those drug store tests provided the THC level detected is similar to whatever cutoff your college uses to indicate a positive test. Urine tests indicate the quantity of THC for a given volume of liquid. I can remember soldiers trying to discretely down a gallon of water in order to dilute their urine
