Actually, she's both.
She stole her way into a race without paying. Theft of services. Theft of drink and nutrition on the course. On top of that, trespassing. And by entering a contest (race) she did not pay for, and taking a medal she did not rightfully earn, also makes her a cheater.

Obama's foreign policy has been absolutely atrocious. Allowing Putin to annex Crimea is a serious threat to America's national security. Those people deserve the full support of America's gargantuan military.

And too boot, she lies about her time. She claims to run about 2:20, but the clock at 12 said 2:16. At her current pace (not taking into account that 'her knees were screaming at her', she wouldn't have finished before 2:28, likely closer to 2:29/2:30

in her apology post, she says "I didn't make the official records, I didn't 'qualify' for anything". DUH! 2:20 or 2:05 doesn't qualify you for anything. It doesn't even qualify you as a runner in my book. She's a hobby jogger.
