It wasn't a typo cause i'm Bill Cosby and i ran that time of 1:52.8 during college then when i became a comedian i ran a 1:51.8 for shytes and giggles.

in an old comedy routine he talks about running the 330 (hurdles presumably) and being forced to run the anchor leg of the mile relay at penn relays (below) and getting the rigor mortis in the last 50. and in an old cosby show episode he actually competes at penn relays or millrose. captain of the temple track team says one link. he went to temple on an athletic scholarship after being in the navy for 4 years.
The Combustible Huxtable
BTW...I timed the 400 split on that video, and he's definitely at 52-low
"WR for 800m while wearing a sweater is 1:57."

No, that was for running the 800 while eating Jello.

There is a huge rumor going around the famous Bill Cosby ran a 1:52.8 800 meters and could have gone to the Olympics but stayed in school instead.
You've already gained a second. Idiot
While we are at it why call university school?
...and it's nowhere near good enough to get to the Olympics

There was a slanderous article on Slate and on Wiki there is mention of accusations from back in the 1970s. But evidence was unclear and no convictions.
All of which is to say, Bill Cosby is NOT a registered sex offender.
This sweater is better than an Olympic gold.

Since when is a 1:52 800m an indicator that one "could have gone to the Olympics"? Unless you mean that he could have gone to the Olympics as a spectator, I'm not sure what you're thinking. A 1:52.8 guy wouldn't make the 4X800 team at my school.
Perhaps the source of this rumor is confusion with Dick Gregory, another African-American comedian almost 5 years older. Gregory attended Southern Illinois U on a track scholarship. Wiki says Gregory set the SIU records for the half and mile. I recall reading his autobio many years ago, and it sticks in my mind his HS mile PR was something like 4:15 or 4:12.
According to this thread his ran 400m and 400m hurdles
Resolved:
Bill Cosby and the Cosby Show portraying a professional African-American family paved the way for Barrack Hussein Obama to become the greatest president of the 21st century.
So he's not a "registered" sex offender.

Uhm, they didn't run meters in his day.
So, whatev's
Evelyn Ashford is the one who ran him down on that episode
Now the question remains...How deep are Billy's pockets and can he save Temple's Men's Track Team?
Here ya go, puppy.

Like most of us, the older he gets the better he was. He was an Ok high jumper, probably never ran a collegiate 880 in his life. They never ran 800m.
You mean all not most
