There is simply no way he is clean. He was average on the world stage until he hooked up with AlSal. Where was that "talent" all those years?

Yes and no. Training would lead to some changes. Even as a casual defender of NOP I agree that the comparison would be interesting.

Mo has quite a long way to go and there is no way he will get there at his current age. The combination of Mo's 10K and half marathon suggest he could have run 2:06 2 years ago, I would say he is good for 2:05 for his first marathon.
So we now consider Mo Farah to be in contention for greatest of all time after a race he didn't even win. Makes sense.

Can you get specific enforecement (or whatever they call it over there) for a services contract in the UK? If not, would it be pretty much the same as the in the US as far as calculating damages (i.e. you have to prove a specific amount of damages, and good luck showing how much it cost you not having Mo Farah in your marathon)?

Agreed that over all Mo's CV doesn't compare to Geb's. All I'm trying to say is that being a 3:28.xx 1500m guy and a sub 27 10000m guy is a pretty darn impressive combination. I'll add that the combination implies that Mo has the potential to post rather better 3000m, 5000m and half marathon times than he has to date and bodes well for an eventual sub 2:06 marathon.
Mo, along with many top runners, is not clean. He is clean by WADA's standards however. Yet, it is undeniable that many of the top runners to push the limits as to what is legal. Not to mention all the other stuff AlSal makes them do and has available for them (ranging from strength training, underwater treadmills, cryosaunas, etc.). They're smart enough to not set foot into illegal territory. Until WADA decides to say "no" to a bunch of supplements or abnormal ratios that are actually allowed, then he'll continue to pass tests as will many other runners. If all everyone could use would be running and running alone, then WRs and WLs would be just a tad under what we see people run in college.
So is he clean? Probably not. Is he "WADA" clean? Most likely. As a result, it is not cheating since it is allowed. He is just taking advantage of it.
