Unless incorrect, this live action pic says Ethiopian winner Mosinet Geremew wins in 28:32. Looks like an Ethiopian in 2nd and a Kenyan in 3rd.
You are probably correct - the only video that I saw was the open men with 4 Africans finishing and Teg in the background - my info was from a tweet but could be inaccurate!
