STOP STOP, Your CHILD should be running high school races not professional ones...You need to review the race and see who brought up the rear...Can we say America's last high school darling...Jordan "bringing up the rear" Hasay. Hasay's parents pushed her as well and now she is a member of the burnout club...Look to the past and keep your daughter a child. Hasay was on PR pace at 1200 when she got tripped by Cain.

It's pretty obvious, I DVR'd the race tonight.

It happens, she isn't going to be a 1500 meter runner anyways.

Cain is ridiculous at middle Distance and will bring home some sort of a medal for the USA!

Show's she has the right attitude

Girls and women should be encouraged to race with controlled aggression. Using elbows and arms to ward off others who are encroaching on one's space is necessary. It also makes for safer, fairer competition and may reduce the incidence of falls and pile-ups.

Who cares if she did elbow or trip others by accident. We're they going for history? None of that helped run a fraction of a second faster. So lets stick to the important facts. Mary Cain is the first high school girl ever under 4:30. That's like a sub 4 mile for girls.
