    1'15.70i ->1'14.58

    again, that looks pretty spot on ( i'm a firm believer in it )

    he has a known 45.98 outdoor pb, but just a 1 off & you usually need a coupla 400s to get your best time ( judge pacing, etc )

    probably in london he was in 45.5 - 45.75 shape in perfect 400

    i doubt he's that sharp currently, maybe 46.00 - 46.25 outdoors looks reasonable for now

    his current outdoor potential with 1'14.58 i'd estimate as

    46.00 ->1'44.8

    46.25 ->1'44.4
