Uh, well, this isn't true. Have you seen a men's elite 1500m race lately?
No truth to this. Uceny just had some bad luck in a couple of races. This can happen to any runner.
Uceny falls on purpose when she knows that she isn't going to win. Both times she fell in championship races where she wasn't the obvious winner. She fell on purpose and did not even try to get up. It is 1000000% mental.

No , I thinks its a bigger issue with her , bumping and shoving are a part of international racing , she has a balance issue , could be related to a inner ear problem.

I think this is very true.
Even in very tactical championship races it almost never happens in men's races. With women it's quite common. If I had to put a finger on it, I'd say it's the fear factor. Certain (not all) women racers panic when they're boxed in or out of position and then make rash, panic-driven moves to get out. It only takes one woman in a crowded pack to cause a chain reaction that ends in a fall.
Aregawi did this in the Olympics. She was in bad position with a lap to go, panicked, and made the rash decision to push her way up THROUGH the pack, eventually resulting in Uceny falling.
For some reason, men in the same position don't tend to do this. It could be their objective awareness of the situation overrides their fear. As in "I'm in bad position but pushing my way up through the pack could be disastrous."
A woman (one of those prone to panic) might think "I'm in bad position I HAVE TO get up the front." And then push her way up through the pack because her fear of the situation overrides her common sense.

The El Guerrouj fall in 1996 and Uceny fall in 2012 (and 2011) came in almost identical conditions. Pack was bunched up and both appeared to get tripped from behind (obviously in the El Guerrouj case, as you can see his knee suddenly come up).
It might be that women settle into a slower (bunched up) pace, or it might be that with less testosterone, women simply can't sustain a faster pace (and kind off it) as easily. Could also be that women never had a Hicham starting to wind up at 600.
Morgan has been doing a lot of racing in Europe, so I don't think experience is a factor, but it might come to pace sensitivity. If you sense that the pace is slow, there is no reason to settle in the middle of the pack and take risks: You can go right behind the front like Lagat or close to the back like Manzano did (riskier because you might not be able to respond to a big move).
Maybe women always race the same way, while men don't, so there may be more sensitivity to different paces.
So what's the situation for boys who run equally fast? Do they fall as much?
When's the last time you saw Bernard Lagat fall?
I think the real answer is more intelligent tactics. Either sit at the back early and move up, or sit at #2-3 in the front like Lagat until the kick. In high school, it's better to sit in the back early because they always go out waaay too fast, but if you're Lagat or Uceny in rabbited races, that's not necessarily the case.
Also keep in mind that both El Guerrouj and Uceny did extremely well in rabbited races in Europe, but had major problems in the Olympics without the rabbits, so maybe some non-rabbited races for experience might be part of the solution. I would certainly consider this if I was Mahon.
On the topic of female racing. I'm pretty sure females dont use rabbits the same way that males use them. More likely to pass the rabbit, or not run with it. They got their plan in mind, and go with it.

She has a balance issue , we have dealt with this before , it is not a male of female issue , please recommend to her to chat with a doctor about an inner ear problem. This is real , not the uneducated banter now being posted.
Her falls are real , she is strong and experienced , its correctable problem.
The worst part is when YOU DON'T GET BACK UP TO FINISH THE RACE.
There have many a comeback from falling. Don't give up.
