Grad student here. For the first time ever, I worked on my homework at the bar around lunchtime, while it was pretty empty. Got drunk very gradually as I only ordered 5 pints in the span of about 2 hrs. Very enjoyable experience. I've seen other people reading books at the bar, so I suppose it isn't weird to do homework there???? Thoughts?
Worked for about 5 hours in a bar today and consumed 2 pints.
Your ratio is wrong.
Designed my PhD work are bar on napkins with my advisor. Only had a beer or two at a time though. Maybe getting drunk is not the best move if you want to do this for a living.
There are different ways to solve homework problems. I managed to find an interesting and cool platform to hire an expert for homework problems - https://helphomework.net . Try to visit the site and you will understand what I'm talking about. Here you can do your homework online together with an expert, and it gives a lot of advantages in learning.
If you need help with writing papers or help with homework I recommend you to apply to the writing service named EssaysWorld.net .

Yes, it is weird to do homework there. People go to bars to relax. You doing homework there ruins the vibe for everyone else. That's why they call it "home" work and not barwork.
Depends on the type of bar. A low key cafe kind of bar is a great place to grab a beer and do some reading/work on a nice summer afternoon. This isn't really much different from doing homework at a coffee shop.
If the bar is more formal or has a club kind of vibe, it would be a weird place to work.
There's a guy who's always sitting at a local bar reading The Odyssey. He's been reading the same page of that book for three years now. Must be a boring read, because he's always creepily trying to start conversations about the book with women.
Doing homework at the bar is looking really quite weird but if it comes to complete your work with a little fun then I think this one is a really fantastic and unique idea, will suggest my student follow some creative ideas to get rid of boredom.
