peaked at 63 mpw my senior year but ended up not doing so hot in season. I think I usually ran upper 40s to low 50s per week but didn't keep track of it much and ran six days a week instead of 7 like I do now.

4:54 mile pr after doing 8 400s in xc practice senior year
2:10 800 from sophomore year (ITBS junior and senior seasons)
56 400 from senior year
27 200 from senior year, could sprint with ITBS but not run distance
I'll never understand how people can say they do 30mpw and run sub 16, I guess some of us were just born to run and others weren't.
