ceron, rodgers rop and margaret okayo.....and snatch!
I haven't seen too much but I've seen some racing, mainly the top 1500m racers from the past few years, and top 5000m/1000m racers from Geb's races. El G has great form, but I think Bekele has the best form, he just seems very relaxed in his arms. You have to consider who's putting their arms to high or too low, or too much to the side or inside. Is their head bobbing or torso moving? So far I like Bekele's best but El G's is great also
no, no, no ,no, no, no!
MJ ran like a constipated chicken.
Kipketer - smooth but slightly mechanical
bekele and Geb - dont try this at home kids, it'll ruin your calves
The best, most efficient, most graceful distance runners stride ever belongs to Moses Kiptanui. That guy's vertical movement was zero - you could determine the earths spherical shape by just mapping his heads movement. I could (and have) watched him run for hours. The guy was textbook. The way he came off the hurdles or out of the water was beautiful.

I suppose the best running form probably belongs to the Gazelle though I always enjoy watching greyhounds. "Go on the four dog"

i go with kipketer also, but i also think coe had a phenomenal style.
My choices...El G has a nice long powerful stride. Cathy Freeman 2000 400m Olympic Gold medalist from Australia also has a picture perfect stride. Webb's turnover is great to watch because it's economical and powerful. Kennedy and Culpepper are smooth. Finally, Felix women's 200m Olympic Trials champ has a sweet gait.
