I ran a few workouts right in that range and ran 25:30 on a fast flat golf course. Doesn't mean you can't go faster though.

25:45 or so. That's a lot of rest, and the fact that you increased it at the end isn't a good sign.
25:25 because it's around what the smart people have been guessing but not too close, so I have a good shot at being the closest.
