Please keep your negativity away from this thread. I have nothing to prove to you. I am anonymous on this thread so I have nothing to gain or lose...so lying is pointless, especially since this thread was create so I can better myself...so again no point if lying.
And my story is the same. I weigh 195, am not fat, yet not fit. Pretty average, slightly above average in terms of height and muscle mass.
PLease refrain from post on this thread if you plan on being negative. There is a big different between just being a d*ck and providing useful criticism.
