Last year in school I never finished my English papers. I just couldn't write more than a page or two.
Then I started writing while wearing a weight vest.
At first I wore a 40-pound vest and wrote a paragraph.
Then I wore a 30-pound vest and wrote a page.
Then I wore a 20-pound vest and wrote 3 pages.
Then I wore a 10-pound vest and wrote 7 pages.
Two weeks later I took off the vest ... yada yada yada now I have my PhD.
