well I don't agree as I never run fast as now on workouts,and my mileage is way up, and I almost had none mileage for the 2:05 800,but thanks for your opinion,I repeat it was all done on a DIRT track(workouts)

A kid I coached just did this but he did 3 sets and he ran 2:18 his last race. I think he has a 2:12 in him though, I'll let you know how tomorrow goes.

I knew a guy who had a PB 400 of 60 secs, and an 800 PB od 2:01.

So your question will only be answered when you run it.

Well my soph year i did a 200m workout paced like his on a dirt track and ran a 2:06 and had lots of 2:07's so i think he can go 2:05-2:08...dependson how smart/unsmart he runs it

for my 400m PR it was run,on my multi-event nationals as a 4th discipline of the day,and I didn't run another good 400 all season due to injury..

my first competetion is for 2 weeks,and I will run 1000m for my school,I'll return here than,thx again everyone
