alhassan is my a definite sleeper.him and his teammate cruised it in at their regional. i think he'll crack top 5 for sure.

I personally think that ACU's top seven runners will finish in the top 20. All those african's and one american Branen can flat out run on flat courses of the like in ashland. Look at Arkansas Chile Race, they all ran great times and finished strong at a fast pace set by kimani. I was there because their team beat ours badly and we have struggled since. Give the branen kid a little credit for even running well at acu, must be hard to get beat by so many africans knowing that he could be the number one runner at most other schools. I also pick them to win because of their depth.

Rowe and Stallings will both be top 10. The east region is the most underated in the country and will show the rest of the country what they are made of when Edinboro and Millersville finish in the top 8.
stallings wont be 2nd at all man, and that southeast guy?? this is the southeast region! my grandma oculd jog that and still qualify. stallings is tough, but he will be lucky to be top 10. that st.augustine fellow wont be top 50. what has he done the last two years? he ran very well his first year because he came into america in shape, but doesnt have the coaching or training partners to be good.

hello? Eberly CRUSHED everybody last year (except Aish). Nobody was even close to him. How can you pick him for 15th. That's crazy. I definitely think Rowe is top ten material (in fact he's already been in that neighborhood a couple years ago in Pomona) and that 'boro is underrated. Kezes is top 5 material IMHO. If Davis can put the pieces back together they are a top 6 team. Chico is also a top 6 team, and on a given day a top 4 team.
