Knowing injury's, they usually get much worse the day after you have one.
Not sure if Wade's hip will be able to hold up for the last two games as he was clearly in some serious pain last night.
What happened? Did the Heat lose the series? Oh wait, they didn't. The Mavericks just struggled to win at at home like they were supposed to. The Mavs barely won with their guys all shooting the lights out and Wade missing from the game for extended periods. Wow! Well done Mavs. Very impressive! Sure that means you'll win two in a row in Miami.

It's impossible for the Mavs to win two in a row in Miami.

don't worry rojo, stats such as that are meaningless. saying "when lebron has 2 days rest at least, the heat are 2-0" honestly means nothing. Besides, how good of a sample size is 2 games? The heat were undefeated through 9 games (a better sample size) until DALLAS beat them in game 2, and it was a most improbably win.
All that matters now is this: 2 games, Dallas has to win one of them. They have played on Miami's home floor 3 times this year (including regular season) and won twice. One more time, and the title is theirs. None of this "every time Dirk nowitzki played for 9824 minutes a game and lebron had 15 massages before the tipoff and wade gave 5 bjs to the refs" the heat have won by exactly an average of 2.2 points with lebron scoring no fewer than 45.3 ppg. It is all meaningless, just a bunch of crap the "analysts" (yeah...those "experts" who predicted the heat in 5 or 6) say to have something to talk about.
1 more win. Dallas has beaten Miami once already on their home floor (something no one else could do in the playoffs), and the win was incredible. It is definitely possible.
1 more. Let's go boys. Sunday night, 8pm.
Good post. One thing I find interesting is the perceptions of the series. Sports Illustrated ranks the players -
http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2011/writers/brian_hendrickson/06/09/game5.grades/index.html?eref=sihp&sct=hp_t11_a6- and the heat were gettings Fs and Ds what not for last night and the Mavs As and Bs.
TO me that's a bit ridiculous as being a Mavs fan, I was thinking "We're shooting 68% from 3 and 56% from the field overall and we're down with 5 minutes left at home?" I mean that's how we blue out the Lakers in Game #4.
The heat had to be doing something right to be in that one.
We've seen that look of apathy in LBJ's eyes before. Put a fork in the Heat..
The triple double was nice, and the whole idea of setting his teammates up and getting them involved is fine for the first three quarters. But when the fourth rolls around he is paid to take the ball and close, not float around the perimeter and let role players take shots.
Will be rooting against that cocky bastard.
However, there's nothing funny about saying Le then any insult. Lechoke lame suck baby. Similar to but in a way even worse since it lacks not even a rhyme "cHeat" or "Fakers." That is all.
i think the guy who should be getting bashed is the coach, for letting james spend about 4 straight possessions out on the wing with the game on the line. spoelstra is in over his head. pat riley must be smacking his forehead right now wishing he could get his hands on this team.

That had to be the weakest triple double in Finals history. 10 exactly for rebounds/assists and only 17 points.
For those 17 point, he shot 8/19 from the field, including 0/4 from 3 pt line. More importantly, he had only had TWO free throw opportunities. TWO! That's unacceptable from a scorer. Of the two, he missed one.
He had 4 turnovers against his 10 assists.
Of his 10 rebounds, 9 were defensive rebounds.

James only took 4 shots in the 4th quarter.
They are not setting plays for him and he is not creating his own plays.
The assists were useful but it was not like he was driving and dishing, he simply passed from the perimeter to a shooter in the perimeter mostly.
Where is the guy from the Boston and Chicago series who was scoring 80% of his team's points in the last 5 minutes of games?
You're touching on the issue. By not shooting often enough, he has no rythm when he needs it. Thus he's clanging them off the rim late.
The Heat haven't had great spacing all season and through the playoffs. It hurts them late because it permits too many double teams instead of spreading the defense and it makes every scoring play a big effort.
One thing that Jordan and Kobe's offense always had was the great spacing from the triangle offense. The Heat seem to end up with two guys standing 5 feet from each other looking for a pass...not a guy setting a pick. It looks awkward.
I had said to a friend at work yesterday that the Mavs hadn't had that big 3 point shooting night they have every so often. Last night was it. They made some tough deep shots.
Just wait. LeBron will "magically" and "unpredictably" come up huge and be unstoppable in game six, pushing the series to one game. The only question I have is, will Luongo do the same?
Lebron might have been a better decathalon man - basketball is not his game.
Actually, LeBum was pretty funny
if you have a sense of humor, that is

?
The Cunucks still have to play and lose game 5 at home before Luongo needs to come up huge in game 6.
This is spot on.

Lebron is actually very mechanical, he cant twist and turn in tight spots to get his shot off. He also has no post up game. Jordan, Kobe had that turn around fade away that was effective in crunch time. His handle is also not on par with some of the great ones, he relies on taking one or two dribbles and powereing to the basket, but when the Defense is really tough, he's not going to get that running start.

The point is, will he be "magical" and "unstoppable" in his next game (and game six for that matter), because he was AWOL the last two.
... although, before you nitpick the point, unstoppable hardly pertains to a goaltender...
yet another reason to hate the heat
it's honestly no big deal to me but why be so f***ing arrogant and make fun of the guy that keeps lighting you up?
laugh it up funny guys....
Hahaha, right? The dumb things some people say.
