Same stuff as all of Al Sal's runners...whatever that may be. Cryo units, or more?

For a poor runner, they have the option of taking HGH to recover and stay healthy and keep running well or not taking anything and risk injury and unemployment. These people have family and friends depending on their winnings. It just doesn't make sense to not take drugs from their perspective when drug-making capabilities are years ahead of drug-testing capabilities. The extend to which drugs are used, or how many types are used may vary per athlete. Getting pros to stop using is similar to getting farmers to stop using fertilizer, it's often just economic suicide.
Those, who still can't get, what's going on, can look at YouTube and compare figures of sprinters from the 70's/80's with today's champions. It's like if you watched a completely different sport.
bernard lagat doesn't even look exhausted at the end of races.
To suggest that Mo wasn't training properly before he moved to the States is ridiculous, he was living in a house with Mica Kogo amongst others for several years, he was eating, sleeping, living the Kenyan way of life and he did improve A LOT, from a 13.30's guy to a 13.10 guy. Suddenly after a few months with Salazar he is the world No. 1 by some distance and looks invincible? he has had every possible opportunity throughout his lifetime as an athlete, he has trained at altitude for years, he has never had a job, he has lived and breathed athletics, then suddenly he goes from somebody who struggles to make world finals to World No.1 Do I buy it, no.
I watched him run some league track races a couple of years ago and he was killing himself to run 1.50/1.51, he's now doing that for the last 800m of a 5k.
Yes. He's on the roads busting his @$$ 6 hours a day. What are you on?

Wait, you know one pro and thinks that everyone cheats? Is you buddy even in the testing pool? A money launderer's associate thinks everyone steals.
I know a lot of people who are in the testing pool and it's not as you make it out to be. Just like Wall Street, there are people that follow the rules and people that don't, and we have some serious mechanisms to discern who is following the rules and who isn't. Unless you have a national federation enabling doping, it's not an easy thing to get away with for a high profile athlete. Look at the names that have gone down, who should have been swept under the rug.
Yes. A roll!

Another lame quote by Lance Armstrong?
Here's Farah's progression at 5k over the last few years.
2005: 13:31
2006: 13:08
2007: 13:07
2008: 13:08
2009: 13:09
2010: 12:58
2011: 12:53
So really there are two big jumps from 2005/2006 and again from 2009/2010. Sub 13:10 is world class and sub 13:00 means you are getting to be a real medal threat at major championships. If you review his performances at the link below you will see a relatively smooth progression.
As for the 800, his PB/PR is 1:48 despite his very rarely racing over the distance and even more rarely racing it against good opposition. I am pretty confident that if he focused solely on the 8 he could get to 1:45 although that is, of course, pure speculation.
I have absolutely no idea if Farah is taking any sort of banned substances. All I can say is that he was clearly ludicrously talented as a junior here in the UK and if anything it has only surprised me it took him so long to get under 13:00 and 27:00.

No.
Pssst.... he doesn't have a pro source...
c'mon guys. 11 minutes with 2 laps to go is what 13:05 pace? to close in 60 - 53 seconds off a 13:05 paced race is kind of laughable. well, finding the ability to do so in a year is laughable. this is a huge joke. i can't believe the last thread got deleted. that guy needs to be tested to the gills.

He was in 12:55 shape last year, and he's in a little bit better shape this year.
If you can run 12:40 something then you should be able to go 60, 53 off that pace.

Mr. Farah is a human being. He does not have gills. Did you mean grills? Because his teeth look pretty good already, so I don't think he needs any type dental work.

So were Bekele, Haile, and ElG all on it too?
You're an idiot.

Orthostice, is that you?

Well, Haile was phenomenally good as a junior. Saw video of him almost defeating William Segei (spelling?) when he was probably 17 or 18.
Haile, and I assume Bekele, have always been good.
Not sure if Farah fits this (being extremely good as a junior).
The question should be, who isn't on PED's and if everyone is one them does it matter?
If Farah is on anything I'd imagine it's thyroid medication, asthma induced inhalers, etc. Phoney prescriptions being taken advantage of by many if not all of Alberto's athletes. Nothing illegal or banned but definitely grey area.
