It's all about money. They don't care how you get it, what you look like, or what your personality is. But you must have the money.

Conference, money & a ten pound cock are what matter to most women. Most women do not give two shits for some guy who runs sub 2:20 marathons.

I've lived all over the US, but for the past 10 years I've lived in a nice neighborhood in one of the top 3 wealthiest counties (Loudoun County, Virginia).

Virtually every guy in my neighborhood has a six-figure income, many I'd estimate to be well over 200K. Doctors, lawyers, lobbyists, senior defense contractors, senior government workers. Almost without exception these guys have hot (or formerly hot) wives. Many are on wife #2, who are also hot. They mostly drive luxury vehicles. It's laughable to see the number of huge, shiny, black SUVs there are in my neighborhood, mostly driven by attractive stay-at-home MILFs.

Point is, I see every day what money can buy. I can drive down the road to less affluent communities and the attractiveness of the women decreases markedly.

It's a symbiotic thing: woman go for the highest bidder, and the men want the hottest tail. It's a fascinating look into our primitive mindset.

It does make sense that women are attracted to money, it is probably the best way to secure a long and comfortable life for them and their kids. The usual problem with people that are attracted to money is that it becomes rather insatiable. The never enough syndrome. Another problem is that the pursuit of money usually involves doing something unpleasant, and that makes people unpleasant over time. There's no real right or wrong, just my observations.

One solution is to not give a shit about women. Just do your own thing and if some chick digs it, great. If not, no worries. Having a cavalier attitude will help most people anyway.

+1. As many have mentioned, just because she is hot doesn't mean anything, i.e. that you would want to do more than bang her. There really is no relationship between *quality* women and dating jerks.

Also, consider this. Many attractive women may work very hard to be attractive (i.e. not the natural beauties, you know the type, fake boobs, dyed hair, designer clothes that are too small, etc.) because they are searching to fill some void and low self-esteem issues. This low self-esteem makes them consent to nearly every guy that has the stones to just be aggressive and persistent. Most of those types are jerks. QED.

Getting the hot tail is great and all, but that tail is often attached to something entirely different: a crazy woman. Now why would a crazy woman want a jerk when she could have Mr. Nice Guy? Because Mr. Nice Guy is a phony. At least the jerk is man enough to wear his jerkdom with pride. Maybe the crazy woman isn't so crazy after all.

Regardless, if you really want the hottest tail, the best bet is to have money. If you don't have money, be genuinely, uniquely funny or possess an unusual talent for something. Point is a hot piece of ass is somewhat of a rarity. Especially rare is a hot piece of ass attached to a woman of good personality. Don't expect a woman like this to wind up with a dweeb who volunteers out of guilt or to look attractive.

Now there are some nice guys out there that end up with hot tail, but these guys are usually so lacking in guile and subterfuge that they would never expect to end up with a hot piece of ass, it just happens because they are winning in some way, and definitely not in the "look at how nice I am" way. I'm not one of these lucky bastards but don't begrudge them either. After all they are impossible to dislike, unless you're really f***ed in the head. In fact I'd like to be one of these guys, but I've way too many asshole tendencies.
