Weird, me too.
117 miles, for about 5 weeks in a row
228 miles....on the stairmaster
102 running
NOT the same week!!
College Daze (actually during break)
116 miles - Ran then 2 mile PR of 9:40 a few weeks later
110 miles (6 mo later) - Ran PR 20K PR of 1:09 (never ran it again)
102 this past summer
3'57 1500m
8'21 3000m
9'05 3000SC
14'37 5000m
All in the past 4 months. The 1500, Steeple and 5k were in 9 a day stretch -- which is where the mileage helped me the most (consistency and ability to recover quickly).
Mon.-Sun week 84
7 day period 96
8 day period 107
9000+

Average for the week was 7:19 pace. There was a 20x400 workout during this week as well. Averaged 65,7 with 200 jog rest.
168 - a long time ago and included some pretty good interval work. Usually ~ 118
Several team mates who did over 200 - one for 8 weeks in a row.
His top mileage was 246.
His consecutive 3 year - weekly ave = 140, 140, 155

How fast was he before and after this mileage?
Averaged 70 MPW for a month once upon a time, so probably had a 7 day stretch of 70-75.

Who cares what the pace is? 154, anything over 140 is incredibly rare territory. Who cares how you do it? High mileage is an accomplishment in itself. Very very few runners ever get to that level.
I ran 75 in one week, sunday through saturday. But if you count a week long period I ran more like 90.
Averaged 183 mph for one day.
'bout it.
