I'm not sure we need to sing the national anthem at all for sporting events. "America the Beautiful" (or whatever the hell that song is) can be put to rest as well.

School fight songs and "Take Me Out to the Ball Game" are okay, but nothing else. Sports spectating is supposed to be fun, not patriotic.

Get rid of playing that song. Most Americans are Chicken Hawk Cowards who never served in an offensive combat infantry unit, anyways.

Unemployment.

Welfare.

A social security program from which I will likely never benefit.
