People who wear their religious beliefs on their sleeve are truly annoying. Hall hawks his religion the way Tom Shane hawks diamonds.
Besides, if an atheist were to babble on about his approach to life the way Hall does, the fundies' little heads would explode.
This is an excellent point. If you take all of Ryan's statements about God, and replace them with "me/myself" (which is really not a stretch, considering that we were supposedly made in God's image), Ryan would seem like one of the biggest narcissists ever to walk the earth.
I think that his statements already make him seem like the biggest narcissist in running. Anyone who thinks that an omnipotent being spends as much time shaping the life of one particular organism, as Hall seems to think Yahweh does with him, has some serious issues with causality, theology, and reading comprehension. His grasp of free will vs determinism is shocking for an educated adult.
As many have said before, basically everything that comes out of Halls mouth is verbal masturbation and displacement of responsibility. And I personally find that incredibly annoying.
